Now you don’t have to wait for weeks when you have your iPhone fixed since repairs can now be done in the Philippines by Power Mac Center Mobile Device Engineers.
The SUR program covers iPhone 4, 4S, 5, 5S and 5C units purchased not only from Power Mac Centers but also from other Apple Authorized Resellers. SUR includes service for main camera, vibe motor, volume button shim, speaker module, SIM ejector arm, home button flex assembly, receiver module, speaker, rear camera, battery, display, and back cover. All units within the standard one-year Apple warranty can avail of the service for FREE while units that are no longer under warranty will be considered as Billed Service (includes diagnostic fees, price or parts, and labor fees) and are guaranteed three months of Power Mac Warranty for same repair issue. All units for repair need to undergo Unauthorized Modifications Check by Power Mac Center’s engineers. The SUR program cuts the turnaround time of three-week (or a month) to just 72 hours. “Through the iPhone SUR, customers are assured that the replacement parts are genuine Apple parts. Both the parts and the service are of the highest quality to give iPhone users the best value for their money,” added Alvarez.
