MacBook Air
With most of us probably expecting a Retina display, it won’t come just yet, but with the new MacBook Air, it promises longer battery life. Aside from the battery life it also features new Intel Processors with HD graphics 5000 which should give better graphics at the same time being a power saver.
OS X Maverick
Apple is done with “big cats” shifting now to California locations.
Some notable features in the new OS:
Apple Maps integration
iCloud keychain – which securely stores your login details, credit card numbers, and other sensitive data and syncs them across devices.
OS X notification – alerts from your iOS apps can now be pushed to your Mac for a more seamless experience across Apple’s various hardware
iTunes Radio
Most might not be impressed by the iTunes radio, but for Apple it is a big leap from their original iTunes. iTunes Radio offers music fans access to thousands of new songs every week, as well as serving up exclusive music from new and popular artists before you hear them anywhere else.
Mac Pro
This is one of the most radical changes they have done to their Mac Pro lineup, making it to a time capsule. The new pro desktop for power users, which is clad in black aluminum and houses not one but two workstation graphics cards along with PCI Express flash storage, Thunderbolt 2, Xeon processors and 4k video output for up to three monitors at 4K resolution. oh and they are also making it “Assembled in USA”
iOS 7
We’ve heard a lot about iOS 7, being it a flat design and an overhaul of the iOS. All of it were true, but nothing beats the actual update today! As Steve Jobs once said during the iPhone 4 introduction, “stop me if you’ve already seen this… believe me you ain’t seen it…it is one of the beautiful designs you’ve ever seen”. It will be available in beta for developers today and be available worldwide this fall.
