Metrodeal PH is closing

MetroDeal is closing its doors. This means that they will no longer be selling deals or providing customer service. However, MetroDeal vouchers will still be valid until their expiration dates. User accounts can also be accessed until December 31, 2024. Customer support will still be available until the end of 2024.

Vouchers and Redemption:

• Our deals will only be active until May 15, 2024.
• Lahat ng inyong purchased vouchers can still be redeemed at our partners until their respective expiration dates. Wala pong pagbabago dito; your plans remain intact.

User Accounts and Support:

• You can access your MetroDeal accounts until December 31, 2024.
• To assist you sa inyong mga katanungan during this transition, our dedicated customer support team will also be available until December 31, 2024.
• From May 31, 2024: Customer support is still available via phone, Facebook messenger, email, etc.
• From June 1 to December 31, 2024: Customer support will only be via email basis at support@metrodeal.com.
